摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring temperature of a phosphor layer, which is capable of estimating temperature of a phosphor layer in a light irradiation position with high accuracy without actually measuring the temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An irradiated region of a phosphor layer 32 irradiated with excitation light is moved relative to a light irradiation position S of the phosphor layer 32 irradiated with the excitation light; temperature of the irradiated region is detected in a measurement position A1 different from the light irradiation position S; and temperature of the phosphor layer 32 in the light irradiation position S is estimated on the basis of the detected temperature of the irradiated region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
