PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for controlling a machine tool that can apply an off-set value to a required place and can improve the accuracy of a processed shape.SOLUTION: The control device of a machine tool for cutting a workpiece with a cutting tool along a route of the processing including off-set is provided. At a joint (node) of a block having an off-set command, any fine blocks are automatically formed before and after the node. The off-set value is switched between the fine blocks so as to obtain a correct off-set value in a desired block (FIG.6(c)). As the forming of the fine blocks, instead of forming before and after the node, one block may be automatically formed only after any section from the node or only before any section from the node. |
