摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve an appropriate amount of air into water using a pressurized container. <P>SOLUTION: A tank 31 for pressurizing and introducing water or air-containing water is provided, notches K are formed on the outer circumferential side of a partition plate 34 vertically partitioning the tank 31, water is made to flow from an upper part to a lower part of the partition plate 34, and the water and air undissolved in the water are separately stored. The notches K are formed corresponding to the flow rate of the water to be introduced to the tank 31, and a jet flow stream flow-down means for dropping the water or the air-containing water to the water surface of the stored water as a stream in a jet flow state and pushing it under the water surface is formed.
