Disclosed are a packaging box having beautiful appearance and a manufacturing method thereof. The packaging box of the present invention includes: an inner paper where an inner paper floor plane and a number inner paper side planes are extended, and a folding groove is prepared at a boundary between the inner paper floor plane and the inner paper side plane, and a dented groove is prepared at both sides of the folding groove; and a cover page where a cover floor plane and cover side planes capable of finishing the inner paper floor paper and the inner paper side planes are formed. The folding groove and the dented groove are formed by a processing blade. The processing blade includes a half blade or a cutting blade for forming the folding groove in the inner paper, and a pressurizing protrusion part which is formed at both sides of the half blade or the cutting blade and forms the dented groove in the inner paper. The packaging box according to the present invention can improve productivity of a product and can reduce product production costs, by performing inner paper forming using a paper board and folding part processing of the inner paper at the same time. Also, exterior appearance can be beautiful by processing an edge of the packaging box smoothly through structure improvement of the folding part of the packaging box. Also, a finishing plane of the cover page of the packaging box has a length for ends part to meet at a middle part of the inner paper side plane during a process of being folded toward the inner paper side plane, and thus the exterior appearance can be beautiful. |
