According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a first conductive area in or on the semiconductor substrate; a second conductive area spaced from the first conductive area and formed on the semiconductor substrate; a first passivation film formed in the second conductive area and having a first penetration hole; a second passivation film which is located on the first passivation film, which includes a different material from the first passivation film, which is connected to the first penetration hole, and which has a second penetration hole of a larger size than the first penetration hole; a first electrode connected to the first conductive area; and a second electrode connected to the second conductive area through the first and second penetration holes. |
