PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable phone with better usability.SOLUTION: A pair of corner portions on an upper part of a portable phone with no external local protrusion is configured to be a cartilage contact part, with a vibration of a cartilage conduction vibration source being transmitted so as to maximize the acceleration or amplitude of the vibration and, for a noncontact portion, the acceleration or amplitude of the vibration decreasing flatly with increasing distance from the corner portion, resulting in being equal to or less than an amount of 1/4 the corner portion. The transmission vibration source is held by the full-hard cartilage contact part so as not to contact a chassis, and an elastic body is disposed between the cartilage contact part and portable phone chassis. Both T-coil and cartilage transmission vibration source are used so as not to vibrate the cartilage transmission vibration source when the T-coil is used. |
