PURPOSE: A hard-coating member and a transparent conductive film using the same are provided to cause the patterning shape of a transparent conductive film not to be exposed, thereby providing a visible transparent conductive film at low cost. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer (12) is formed on a transparent (11). A refractive index adjustment layer (13) is formed on the adhesive layer. The refractive index adjustment layer is formed of metal oxide and an ultraviolet hardening-type resin. The metal oxide is zirconium oxide or titanium oxide. A low refractive index (14) is formed on the refractive index adjustment layer. A transparent conductive layer (15) is formed on the low refractive index layer. |
