The present invention comprises: a first unit allowing omnidirectional fluctuations in a direction moving in parallel with a ring shaped recess portion formed on an outer side as end edges of two cylinder shaped structures arranged to be vertical to the ground meet each other; a second unit coupled to the first unit, moving along the ring shaped recess portion; a third unit coupled to the first unit, welding the recess portion while moving along the recess portion by interworking with roll contact of the first unit; a movement support rail assembly coupled to an upper one between the two structures to be attachable and detachable, forming a first and a second rail with a ring shape facing a circumferential surface of each of the structures, on the edges of both upper and lower ends; and a movement carriage assembly having both upper and lower ends coupled to the first and the second rail to be attachable and detachable receiving a driving force to move, and coupled to the first unit to be attachable and detachable, thereby being capable of performing a definite and excellent quality welding operation along a portion where the ends of the two metallic cylinder shaped structures, arranged in a vertical form, meet each other. |
