摘要 The present invention relates to a jig device for an engine rotor and, more specifically, to a jig device for an engine rotor wherein a plurality of engine rotors are mounted to be accurately rotated at a predetermined angle such that the engine rotors can be simultaneously processed. According to the present invention, the jig device for an engine rotor comprises a table, a rotary chuck unit, a motor, and a power transmission unit. The rotary chuck unit is mounted on the table and comprises a pair of rotary members close to each other, gripping chucks, and a stop bar. The gripping chucks are mounted on each rotary member to grip engine rotors. One end of the stop bar is tapered. The stop bar longitudinally slides to stop the rotation of the rotary members while one end is inserted between the rotary members at a predetermined rotating angle of the rotary members. The motor is mounted on the table. The power transmission unit comprises: a first power transmission member rotated by the motor; and a second power transmission member engaged with the rotary members to be rotated by the first power transmission member such that the pair of rotary members can rotate. According to the present invention, a plurality of engine rotors are mounted to be simultaneously processed by plurally having the rotary members with the gripping chucks, thereby increasing processing speeds.
