<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeler capable of holding and cutting stick-like vegetables. <P>SOLUTION: The peeler P includes: a first longitudinal shape member 1; a second longitudinal shape member 2; a connection part 3 for integrally connecting the end of the second longitudinal shape member 2 and the end of the first longitudinal shape member 1; a blade 4 whose one end is attached to a second suspension member 12 and other end is attached to a first suspension member 11, respectively; and a projection part 21 which is a part of the second longitudinal shape member 2 facing the blade 4, and is formed to approach the blade 4 so as to be retracted between the first suspension member 11 and the second suspension member 12 when the first longitudinal shape member 1 and the second longitudinal shape member 2 are brought close. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
