<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle database device that reduces the cost while securing the safety of the railway traffic, and achieve highly efficient train control, and a train control device and a train control method. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle database device records position information of a point P1 based on a certain specific position P0, and distance information to a specific position P0 from the point P1 and speed restriction information (limiting information S3).
