CHROME MASK EQUIPPED WITH ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a chrome mask having an electrostatic discharge structure. The chrome mask has a structure capable of discharging static electricity generated in accordance with attachment/detachment of a dry film to/from the substrate while a printed circuit board (PCB) is exposed through a lead line for electrostatic conduction. To this end, according to the present invention, the mask includes: a glass or quartz substrate; a frame region formed on the glass or quartz substrate and having chrome deposited thereon; and a main chip region located inside the frame region. A predetermined number of lead lines for electrostatic conduction are arranged in a vertical or horizontal direction at each end part on an outer side of the frame region on which the chrome is deposited. According to one embodiment of the present invention, damage to the chrome mask can be prevented.
