<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material having superior carrier transportability, a carrier-injection property into an organic compound, and superior transparency, wherein the organic compound and an inorganic compound are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The composite material is used out of the organic compound and the inorganic compound represented by a general formula.
