<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material having superior carrier transportability, a carrier-injection property into an organic compound, and superior transparency, wherein the organic compound and an inorganic compound are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The composite material is used out of the organic compound and the inorganic compound represented by a general formula. As the inorganic compound, oxides of transition metals, desirably oxides of metals belonging to groups 4-8 in a periodic table, especially a vanadium oxide, a tantalum oxide, a molybdenum oxide, a tungsten oxide, a rhenium oxide, and a ruthenium oxide are preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
