PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergent unlocking device of a vehicle, which can be simplified in structure and reduced in size as a whole.SOLUTION: The emergent unlocking device of a vehicle has: a lid opening mechanism 90 for opening lids 16 and 25 of the vehicle; a lid open knob lock mechanism 70 that locks the motion of a lid open knob 60 for activating the lid opening mechanism 90; and a smart module unit 50 including an operating knob 51 of an ignition switch unit 54, and is constituted so that locking by the lid open knob lock mechanism 70 is released interlocking with rotational operation of the operating knob 51 for which the rotational operation is permitted accompanying electronic authentication by a vehicle side control unit 101 and an electronic key 100, where an emergent unlocking mechanism 64 capable of releasing a locking state of the smart module unit 50 using an emergency key 200 is constituted integrally with the ignition switch unit 54. |
