A smart grid distribution network system of the present invention comprises: a modem unit which comprises: a first slave model for transmitting a registration requesting packet (CJR) through a power line communication (PLC) to request an initial registration process; and a second slave model already registered; a data concentration unit (DCU) which comprises a master model for receiving the registration requesting packet transmitted by the first slave modem and processing a registration procedure and an SNMP agent; a DB server for receiving the position information and the power network information of the first slave modem or the second slave modem transmitted by the DCU through a wired and wireless network and saving and updating the position information and the power network information; and, a distribution GIS system for periodically bringing the position information and the power network information from the DB server to display the distribution network on a three-dimensional GIS map in real time.
