The present invention relates to a self-service car wash management system capable of collecting and monitoring total data generated in a self-car wash in real time, and controlling equipment. The self-service car wash management system comprises: a serial communications unit; an embedded system; and a management program. The serial communications unit communicates a plurality of self-car washing devices installed in the self-car wash, and surrounding equipment in real time. The embedded system receives a lot of data from the self-car washing devices and the surrounding equipment by successively polling the self-car washing devices and the surrounding equipment through the serial communications unit; and stores/reprocesses the analyzed data by analyzing the received data. The management program displays the analyzed data.
