A present invention is to detect a transition at a bat turn which can correspond to existing external data from an image which captures a baseball game. A transition at a bat turn is detected based on a change of any one of an out count, a runner count, or a score that have been acquired from image information indicating a game situation included in a captured image of a baseball game stored in a storage unit.
