The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mask pack comprising the following steps: forming a luminous image layer by spraying a phosphorescent or fluorescent pigment on a mask sheet; and impregnating nutrient into the mask sheet having the luminous image layer. The method for manufacturing a mask pack according to an embodiment of the present invention prevents degradation of air permeability and adhesion to the skin of the mask pack caused by pigment coating, and minimizes use of the pigment by spraying the phosphorescent or fluorescent pigment with a spraying method and thus forming the luminous image.
