Disclosed is a culturing method comprising: a starter culturing step of culturing a starter in a bacillus species microorganism; a main culturing step of inoculating a cultured starter culture medium in a medium including a main material mixed with two or more selected from the group consisting of soybean cakes, green tea, ginseng, and camellia leaves, and culturing the same at a culturing temperature of 25 to 45°C for culturing time of 20 to 96 hours under an aerobic condition of pH 7.0 to pH 12.0; and obtaining a culturing supernatant having a protease activity by centrifuging a culture material obtained from the main culturing step. A culture medium obtained through the method according to the present invention has excellent stability with respect to several sorts of chemicals such as a surfactant, an oxidizer, etc., may be safely used due to having no skin stimulation, and helps skin reproduction by having an excellent effect in removing corneum. Accordingly, the culture medium may be used as an ingredient for a cosmetic product for helping to beautifying skin to be transparent and mild. |
