<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for pressurizing/heating sterilization having a high oxygen and steam barrier property and high adhesion to a base material at the same time, by using a gas barrier film whose gas barrier property versus film-making velocity can be freely set by freely setting a vaporization rate and a plasma density of a material when making the gas barrier film. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging material for pressurizing/heating sterilization made by laminating the gas barrier film (10, 11 and 12), an adhesive layer (13), a nylon film (14), an adhesive layer (15) and a heat sealable resin film (16) in this order, the gas barrier film is made by forming a ceramic layer on a plasma-treated plastic film by a vapor deposition method using a vapor deposition means wherein a high density plasma-generating means is used together independently of the vapor deposition means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
