PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure rice cooker capable of efficiently separating a large amount of steam from sticky rice fluid at a time.SOLUTION: A pressure rice cooker includes a sticky-rice-fluid storage tank 13 including a lower case 14 which has an opening separated into two parts and a steam guide tube 17 with a jet port for the steam which contains sticky rice fluid at a top part, in a bottom part, and an upper case 22 which covers the opening of the lower case, and when combined with the lower case, forms an empty chamber therein, and has a substantially U-shaped diffusion/dispersion member 24 suspending from a ceiling board toward the lower case and surrounding a top part of the steam guide tube. When a pressure valve is opened during a boiling retention process, a large amount of steam containing sticky rice fluid coming from a pot through the steam guide tube and separated into two by the two openings, is injected to the diffusion/dispersion member from the two openings, diffused and dispersed, and after cooled, discharged from the steam port formed in the upper case. |
