<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen cleaning apparatus capable of cleaning the whole of a screen with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The screen cleaning apparatus 3 is provided with: a nozzle tube 30 for spraying a high-pressure water on a screen; a feed tube 32 for feeding the high-pressure water to the nozzle tube 30; a nozzle tube oscillating mechanism for oscillating the nozzle tube 30; and a drive unit 6 for driving the nozzle tube oscillating mechanism. The nozzle tube oscillating mechanism comprises: a vertically oscillating mechanism 4 which horizontally arranges the feed tube 32 to enable rotation thereof around an axis and vertically oscillates the nozzle tube 30 by rotating the feed tube 32 around the axis using the drive unit 6; and a laterally oscillating mechanism 5 for laterally rotatably connecting the nozzle tube 30 to the feed tube 32 to laterally oscillate the nozzle tube 30 using the drive unit 6.
