<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress meandering of a belt even when using a pulley roller of the small drum diameter, to improve the conveying accuracy in a belt conveyor, to prolong the lifetime, and to achieve the maintenance-free condition. <P>SOLUTION: In this belt conveyor including an endless belt 1 to be stretched between pulley rollers 2 at both ends, the pulley roller 2 has contact parts for generating the restoring force for alignment on both ends, and is supported by a supporting device constituted of two arms 12, 13 for rotatably supporting both ends of a rotary shaft projecting from the contact parts, and an oscillating arm 14 with these arms being fixed to both ends thereof. The belt conveyor includes a slide supporting mechanism, in which the oscillating arm 14 is rotatably supported by a base panel 16 with the bisecting perpendicular extending in the vertical direction with respect to the center line between both ends of the pulley roller 2 as the center axis, and the base panel 16 is turned on the arc with the center (O) in the width direction on the center line of the pulley roller 2 as a fixed center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
