The present invention is to provide a mobile device reducing a false operation caused by sudden use of a load current, and a clock adjusting method thereof. According to the present invention, the clock adjusting method of a mobile device includes the following steps: determining whether or not a power supply voltage outputted from a battery is lower than a reference voltage; generating a warning signal when the power supply voltage is lower than the reference voltage; and adjusting an operation clock by distributing a source clock according to a clock division ratio in response to the warning signal.
