微生物由来の細胞外プロテアーゼの産生ならびにその用途

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal sequence and a pro-sequence which enable the secretion production to the outside of a host cell of an aimed protein and especially a neutral protease.

SOLUTION: The genomic gene of Clostridium histolyticum has been examined closely, and the signal sequence and the pro-sequence of a neutral protease have been identified. Moreover, it has been proved that when the mature sequence of a neutral protease in which these sequences are connected is expressed in a host cell, a neutral protease is performed with secretion production to the outside of a host cell as a mature form having activity.
