<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an AC-to-DC conversion circuit is constituted by a PFC circuit and a full-bridge circuit, the number of magnetic components and switching elements is increased and power conversion efficiency tends to lower. <P>SOLUTION: Power of an AC power supply 10 is inputted to a converter CNV via a rectifier circuit RC1. The converter CNV takes in an output of the rectifier circuit RC1 via a pair of primary-side coils W1 and W2, and outputs it to a rectifier circuit RC2 via a secondary-side coil W3 magnetically coupled to the primary-side coils W1 and W2. An output of the rectifier circuit RC2 is applied to an output capacitor 14 via a smoothing coil 12. The other terminals of the primary-side coils W1 and W2 are connected to the connection point between switching elements M1 and M3 and the connection point between switching elements M2 and M4, respectively.
