<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device, communication system, and communication control method that can perform adequate operation regarding switching between an active state and a dormant state of the radio base station device. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station device comprises: a control unit 99 for starting exchanging radio signals with a radio terminal device 202 by controlling radio communication units 93, 94 when the radio base station device receives a communication start instruction from another radio base station device,; and a traffic information acquisition unit 98 for acquiring traffic of communication with the radio terminal device 202. The control unit 99 executes non-transmission control to stop transmitting a radio signal gradually reducing transmission power of the radio signal by controlling the radio communication units 93, 94 if it has determined that the control unit 99 stops transmitting the radio signal on the basis of the traffic obtained by the traffic information acquisition unit 98 in a state in which exchanging radio signals has been started in response to the communication start instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
