<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of an air conditioner capable of improving work efficiency in connecting an Al heat transfer pipe and a Cu external pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The outdoor heat exchanger 2 includes a plurality of Al heat transfer pipes 21-24 formed in the meandering shape, a collecting pipe 30 having a plurality of branch sections 31-34 and a collecting section 35 where the branch ends 31-34 are collected, the Cu external pipe 4h, and a connection pipe 41 configured by connecting an Al first pipe member 42 and a Cu second pipe member 43.
