<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering of a film-like matter caused by faults in attachment machine accuracy and film-like matter accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The floating conveyance device 10 has a conveyance surface 15 formed by arranging wires 16 and 17 and conveying a film-like matter F1. A plurality of notches 16a extended in vertical directions are formed at prescribed intervals with each other at the side part of the wire 16. The plurality of notches 16a function as openings jetting air in non direction, which shows scatter in every direction, to float the film-like matter F1. The wire 17 has a diamond shape in a cross-sectional view. A plurality of notches 17a extended in vertical directions are formed at prescribed intervals with each other at a side part of the wire 17.
