<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigeration device having a scroll compressor suitable for cryogenic refrigeration capable of suppressing the generation of friction in a scroll part due to insufficient lubrication of a scroll compression element. <P>SOLUTION: The cryogenic refrigeration device having a cryogenic compressor 100 in which an electromotive element and the scroll compression element are housed in a sealed container, which compresses refrigerant gas by the scroll compression element and thereafter discharges the same outside of the sealed container and in which a refrigerant circuit 1 returning liquid refrigerant in which the compressed refrigerant gas is decompressed and expanded by an expanding valve 13 via an oil separator 5, a condenser 6, and a receiver tank 7 to the scroll compression element again after evaporating the same by the evaporator 14 is formed, is equipped with a liquid injection circuit 21 for supplying a portion of the liquid refrigerant constituted by supercooling the refrigerant going out from the receiver tank 7 by a supercooler 8 to the compression chamber of the scroll compression element and an oil injection circuit 22 for supplying oil separated from the refrigerant by the oil separator 5 to the compression chamber of the scroll compression element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
