The present invention relates to a heat radiating device of a television. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a bottom cover located adjacently to a backlight unit which emits light to a display panel; and a heat radiating film attached to the bottom cover, having one end touching the backlight unit, and configured to transfer heat, generated from the backlight unit, to the bottom cover. The heat radiating film comprises: a heat transfer layer of a metal material; a bonding layer coated on one surface of the heat transfer layer to be boned to the bottom cover; and an oxidation preventing film coated on the other surface of the heat transfer layer. According to the present invention, heat radiation efficiency for radiating heat, generated from a heating component, to the outside is increased and a weight, an installation space, and the number of assembling processes are drastically reduced. |
