The present invention relates to a device for instantly heating soymilk for tofu. The device of the present invention is designed to heat soymilk (1) using steam (2) for producing tofu. To this end, the device of the present invention comprises: a soymilk supplying pipe (10) including a regulatory valve (12) and an introduction pump (11) for introduction of the soymilk (1); a steam supplying pipe (20) including a steam nozzle (22) and a pressure regulatory valve (21) for introduction of steam (2); a storage barrel (30) including a connection pipe (31) connecting the soymilk supplying pipe (10) and the steam supplying pipe (20), accommodating the soymilk (1) while instantly heating the soymilk (1) by the pressure of the steam (2), and further including a discharging pipe (32) for discharging the heated soymilk (1) to the outside; a mixing plate (40) which is involved in the circulation by comprising a plurality of punching holes (45) and where the soymilk (1) and the steam (2), supplied from the soymilk supplying pipe (10) and the steam supplying pipe (20) into the storage barrel (30), penetrate; and a temperature sensor (50). |
