The device comprises: a first camera configured to obtain a surrounding image of a power line; a second camera configured to obtain a monitoring image of the power line; and a control unit configured to calculate a focal distance based on the surrounding image obtained through the first camera and to drive the second camera in accordance with the calculated focal distance.
