摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which is capable of surely desorbing sample molecules absorbed by metal nanoparticles and performing a real-time detection, and a detection device using the optical device. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device 20 includes: a substrate 200 of which at least one surface is a conductive surface 221; a metal nanostructure 222 having protrusions 220 of 1-1000 nm formed on the conductive surface; and power supply terminals 221A, 221B which are connected to the conductive surface. A detection device 100 using the optical device 20 includes: a chamber 10 having a space in which the optical device is disposed and a sample fluid is introduced; a light source 50 which emits light to the optical device; a light detecting part 60 for detecting light emitted from the optical device; and a power supply 80 which is connected to the conductive surface via the power supply terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
