The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a control method of the same. The mobile terminal comprises: an output unit; a memory storing data of at least one reference exercise motion; a sensing unit sensing a first exercise motion related to an exercise motion based on a user motion; and a wireless communication unit communicating with at least one external device and receiving a second exercise motion, based on the user motion from the external device, related to the first exercise motion; a control unit comparing the first and second exercise motions to the stored reference exercise motion in order to output the comparison result through the output unit. When a user takes a specific exercise motion, the mobile terminal can correct the exercise motion and a position through wearable devices on both arms of the user. |
