In the present invention, a cleaning liquid to dissolve and remove scale adhered inside of a thermal power generation boiler which generates steam and a nuclear power steam generator mainly comprises ammonium Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic acid (EDTA) which is a chelate compound. In the present invention, Fe-EDTA and Cu-EDTA are primarily recovered from ammonium EDTA containing chemical cleaning liquid waste and can be usefully used as a fertilizer, or the like. Granular EDTA is recovered by the a secondary process and can be reused as a cleaning liquid, or the like. |
