The present invention is provided to offer a targeting advertisement by inquiring a push advertisement object which is previously selected in other advertisement platform devices by using a push method in an advertisement platform device which offers the targeting advertisement with a pull method, thereby providing the targeting advertisement without performing self-targeting logic. |
