摘要 The present invention relates to a method to bond a resonator of a vehicle intake system and an aluminum alloy pipe capable of directly connecting a stainless resonator and the aluminum pipe with a brazing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method to bond the resonator of a vehicle intake system and an aluminum alloy pipe comprises: a cleaning step of cleaning a joint portion of the resonator and the aluminum pipe; a nickel coating step of coating nickel (Ni) on an outer circumference of the cleaned joint portion of the resonator; a zinc coating step of coating zinc on the nickel coated portion of the resonator; a flux coating step of coating a flux on the joint portion of the resonator and the aluminum pipe; a removal step of removing oil and moisture from the joint portion of the resonator and the aluminum pipe; and a different material bonding step of bonding the resonator and the aluminum pipe using a filler metal with one brazing method selected from a metal inert gas (MIG) welding-brazing method, a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding-brazing method, and a plasma-brazing method.
