The present invention relates to an FTTH indoor terminal box and an optical signal transmitting device including the same. The present invention includes: a main tube of which inside is empty and in which a plurality of opening parts are formed along a longitudinal direction at intervals; an FTTH indoor terminal box placed in the opening parts; and an optical fiber placed in the main tube, and of which side is taken into the FTTH indoor terminal box through the opening parts. Therefore, the FTTH indoor terminal box is able to be stably installed on an outer wall of a building.
