摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite refractory heat-resistant material not only capable of exhibiting characteristics of a porous ceramic, which is a material suitable as a heat insulating material and having a low temperature dependence of heat conductivity within a high-temperature range, in particular, but also having high strengths and excellent in terms of heat resistance.SOLUTION: The provided composite refractory heat-resistant material comprises: a heat-resistant material consisting of a porous ceramic; and a refractory material having a compressive strength greater than that of the porous ceramic and is obtained by using, as the porous ceramic, ceramic particles comprising a spinel having a porosity of 65-90 vol.% and expressed by the chemical formula XAlO(X is any of Zn, Fe, Mg, Ni, and Mn) wherein crude pores having diameters larger than 1000 μm account for no more than 25 vol.% of the total pore volume, wherein fine pores having diameters of 0.45 μm or less account for 5-40 vol.% of volumes of pores having diameters of 1000 μm or less, wherein at least one pore diameter distribution peak is present within a pore diameter range of 0.14-10 μm, and wherein the calculated average particle diameter is 0.04-1 μm.
