PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily manufacturing and managing heat source machines in air conditioners of different types.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 51 has a compressor 1 compressing the refrigerant, an outdoor heat exchanger 2 carrying out heat exchange between outside air and the refrigerant, and a four-way valve 3. An indoor unit 52 has an indoor heat exchanger 5 carrying out heat exchange between air and the refrigerant, and an indoor throttle device 6. Either a refrigerant heat exchange unit 55 having a heat exchange throttle device 7 decompressing the refrigerant and a refrigerant heat exchanger 8 supercooling the refrigerant flowing from an indoor unit 51 side to an outdoor unit 52 side, or a combination of a relay 54 forming a passage supplying gas refrigerant to the indoor unit 52 carrying out heating and supplying liquid refrigerant to the indoor unit 52 carrying out cooling and a refrigerant flow regulating unit 53 regulating a flow of the refrigerant between the outdoor unit 51 and the relay 54, is connected by piping between the outdoor unit 51 and the indoor unit 52. |
