<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound obtainable of a charge transporting film in which fluctuation of mobility is suppressed even when being used repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: This reactive compound is represented by general formula (I). In the formula (I), F represents a charge transporting skeleton, D represents a group shown by general formula (III), and m represents an integer of ≥1 and ≤8.
