<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that prevents wear of an image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device 10 includes: a photoreceptor 16; a charging device 18; an exposure device 20; a developing device 22 that uses a developer for development; and a cleaning device 28 having a cleaning blade whose pressure against the surface of the photoreceptor 16 is 1.0 to 10.0 gf/mm. The developer contains toner that satisfies one of the following conditions: a difference of a total energy value [(value measured when a rotation speed of a rotary blade is 10 mm/s)-(value measured when the rotation speed of the rotary blade is 100 mm/s)] measured in a fluid velocity variation test of a powder rheometer is 220 mJ or smaller; and an FRI (fluid velocity index) [(value measured when the rotation speed of the rotary blade is 10 mm/s)/(value measured when the rotation speed of the rotary blade is 100 mm/s)] measured by the powder rheometer is 2.10 or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
