The present invention relates to a dehumidifier using a thermoelement and, more specifically, to a dehumidifier using a thermoelement which sucks humid air in the air and allows the sucked humid air to penetrate through a cooling sink connected to the thermoelement to condense into condensed water and to discharge the condensed water and, in the meantime, allows cooling of a heat sink connected to the thermoelement smoothly.
