The present invention relates to a diet managing method using a glasses type wearable device and a system thereof. The diet managing method using the glasses type wearable device comprises: a step for setting target activity amount and target food eating amount (S100); a step for measuring activity amount (S200); a step for measuring food eating amount (S300); a step for warning activity promotion when the activity amount is not generated during a constant time (S210); a step for warning a predetermined warning time or food eating inhibition when a glasses type wearable device user eats food (S310); and a step for displaying the target activity amount, the target food eating amount, and an achievement rate (S400). The present invention is provided to promote the activity of the glasses type wearable device user and to inhibit appetite, thereby enabling the glasses type wearable device user not to quit diet. The present invention can enable the user to establish and perform a diet plan proper to a physical feature of the glasses type wearable device user.
