The present invention relates to a toothbrush having a device for constantly providing air to promote the generation of bubbles when the toothbrush is used, and to prevent the propagation of oral bacteria by drying the toothbrush after use. Also, the structure of the toothbrush is capable of enhancing the degree of air compression even when the motor of the toothbrush gets wet. The toothbrush has an air inhalation hole under an internal fan, and the brush of the toothbrush is capable of emitting air to the outside.
