PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container transporting device having a structure where a timing belts is used as a pair of transportation belts for sandwiching and transporting a container and a side surface of the transportation belt opposite to the surface on which the container is sandwiched is supported by, for example, a plurality of rollers so as to reduce vibration of the transportation belt.SOLUTION: The container transporting device sandwiches the drum part of a container 1 between endless transportation belts 11 facing each other to transport the container. The endless transportation belts 11 facing each other are provided as timing belts 11T. Rollers 15 are aligned along with the transportation belts 11 at the side opposite to the surfaces of the transportation belts 11 facing each other between which the container 1 is sandwiched. A part of tooth surface 11g of the timing belt 11T consisting the transportation belt 11 has an endless plane surface 11f with which the rollers 15 are brought into contact. |
