<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking implement and a heating cooker which is highly hard, is hardly scratched, which has nonadhesiveness for stain to stick to, and in which the stain can be easily wiped out and washability is excellent. <P>SOLUTION: A ceramic layer with a film thickness of 8 to 65 μm is formed as a coating film 12 by applying while overlapping a base coating film layer 32 with a film thickness of 5 to 35 μm mainly containing silicone-based or alumina-based fine particles 21 as an inorganic component with a particle size of 1,000 nm or less and a top coating film layer 33 with a film thickness of 3 to 30 μm mainly containing silicone-based or alumina-based fine particles 21 as an inorganic component with a particle size of 1,000 nm or less on the surface of a base material 31 comprising a metal or a surface treated steel. Thereby, the film having nonadhesiveness and water repellency is formed on the surface of the base material 31, it is possible to provide the cooking chamber 11 and the cooking implement of a microwave oven 1 which is highly hard and hardly scratched and to which the stain hardly sticks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
