摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing a refrigerant of a temperature of a predetermined value or less, coming from an evaporator, from being sucked to a scroll compressor, as in an ultracold refrigerating device applying the scroll compressor, the scroll compressor and the like is forced to be made from a special material as the material used in the scroll compressor or the like has no durability to ultralow temperature, though a temperature of the refrigerant returning to the scroll compressor from an evaporator is significantly lowered with respect to a range of the predetermined value and can reach -50&deg;C or less, and therefore the cost of the scroll compressor or the like greatly increases. <P>SOLUTION: A hot gas refrigerant or a warm gas refrigerant is made to join the sucked refrigerant of a refrigerant suction path from an outlet of the evaporator to a suction opening of the scroll compressor in a condition that the temperature of the refrigerant from the evaporator reaches a prescribed refrigerating temperature lower than the predetermined value, thus the temperature of the refrigerant in the refrigerant suction path is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
