<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device capable of effectively using the flow of rivers or the tidal flow on the sea by removing elements of destruction of the nature by installation constructions or others being obstacles for popularization of hydraulic power generation devices and by enabling the devices to be easily and timely installed in optional places. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic power generation device in which a power generator is arranged on a water surface substantially horizontally, a plurality of arms are arranged in a rotor part, vane members having a buoyancy are arranged in the distal end parts of the arms such that vane chords face in a peripheral direction and extend downward, and a fin-shape member having a crosssectional shape of a wing crosssectional shape of an airplane into water is fixed to the part of the fixed shaft of the generator below the rotor, can eliminate many problems of the hydraulic power generating devices on the rivers and on the sea up to now and can accelerate popularization of the utility of hydraulic power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
